The expenses that we charge the understudies are only for preparing them through live classes and not for the internship itself. SprintM Technologies does not charge any amount for the internship project stage, as it is entirely free.
Course Programs – Skill Builder/Internship/Job-Ready Course Program
All programs are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Minimum discounts will be provided if SprintM Technologies cancels the total program.
At SprintM Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality courses and workshops tailored to your learning needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
● No refunds or credits will be granted for payments related to any kind of programs.
● Pre-registration fees are non-refundable.
● Full access to classes will be granted only after the pending amount is paid.
● Pending amounts must be cleared within 5 – 7 days of registration.
Refunds are applicable only if:
● The company fails to provide the classes.
● The class is canceled by SprintM Technologies.
● No refunds will be offered once classes have commenced
● You may transfer your enrollment to a subsequent cohort by paying a nominal administrative fee.
● Certifications will be provided only after the course is completed and all pending dues are cleared.
SprintM Technologies allows you to switch your course to an elective course only once under the following conditions:
● SprintM Technologies is notified in writing at least one week before the start of the original course.
● The elective course has available seats and will be done within one month of the original course completion date.
● If switching to a course of higher value, students must pay the difference in amount. However, if switching to a course of lower value, SprintM Technologies is not liable to pay the difference in amount.
● A processing charge must be paid within Three days after SprintM Technologies approves the course change request. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the request with no further reconsideration.
● Course change is allowed only once during the program.
1. Contact support@sprintm.in with your course change request.
2. Once approved, fill out the “Course Change Form” and submit it within Three working days.
3. Pay the processing fee + any difference in course price (if applicable) and submit the receipt to support@sprintm.in.
4. Within 7 working days, you will receive a confirmation for the course change request.
Rescheduling by SprintM Technologies
● If a course does not begin within 20 working days of the published start date, students are eligible for either a full refund or can choose to join a different batch/course.
● SprintM Technologies will make every effort to conduct a course as scheduled. However, if a course is rescheduled due to unforeseen delays, SprintM Technologies is only liable for the course fee. Any additional expenses related to travel,
accommodation, or personal costs will not be refunded.
● The reschedule request must be made at least 5 working days before the course start date.
● The rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the initial start date.
● Rescheduling does not allow students to switch to a different course.
● The reschedule is subject to availability of seats.
● A rescheduling fee must be paid within 4 working days from the date of approval.
1. Contact support@sprintm.in with your course rescheduling request.
2. Once approved, fill out the “Course Form” and submit it within 2 working days.
3. Pay the processing fee + difference in course price (if applicable) and submit the receipt to support@sprintm.in.
4. Within 5 working days, you will receive a confirmation for the course reschedule request.
● If the rescheduled course is of higher value, students must pay the difference. However, if switching to a course of lower value, SprintM Technologies is not liable to pay the difference.
● The processing charge must be paid within 3-5 days after approval. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the request, with no further reconsideration
SprintM Technologies reserves the right to cancel any session or change the location of a session due to reasons such as:
● Instructor unavailability
● Insufficient participants
● Force majeure events such as earthquakes, fire, floods, riots, strikes, protests, curfews, etc.
● If SprintM Technologies changes the event location, a similar venue will be arranged.
● No personal expenses incurred due to the location change will be borne by SprintM Technologies under any circumstances.
● SprintM Technologies reserves the right to either accommodate students at a similar venue as originally planned or compensate them as deemed fit
